The 2013 challenge

  • Be kind to myself
  • Don’t skip meals because I’m too tired/ I doesn’t feel like eating/ don’t feel like I deserve eating / I’m to lazy to cook.
  • Take at least one day of a month off to do things only for myself.
  • No more chocolate.
  • Tell family, regularly, how much I appreciate them.
  • Don’t beat myself up over things I have no control over.

    I hope many of the things you have wished for will come true. And that you find the serenity of mind you seek but not always had. It will be a year with many changes in our lives. But as a famous greek philosopher said: “Only in change you can see who you really are, as without it, you can hide to well from yourself.”
